NOTICE: Medserv cyberattack
Medserv, Inc. (“Medserv”), the service company of the Harris County Medical Society, was the victim of a recent cyberattack in which certain personal information submitted to Medserv by an authorized third party may have been compromised. Specifically, the incident may have involved personal information submitted to Medserv by physician practices in order to request pre-employment background checks of prospective employees.
