HCMS 2027 Elective and Appointed Positions

The Harris County Medical Society (HCMS) Nominating Board will begin the process of candidate selection for the following 2027 elective offices in late spring. Committee nominations can be submitted at any time throughout the year. Deadline for elective position nominations is May 22, 2026.

Memorial Hermann back in-network with BCBS Texas

Memorial Hermann Health System has reached an agreement with BCBSTX and is back in-network, effective immediately and retroactive to April 1. Out-of-network claims will be reprocessed as in-network. Patients do not need to take action, though adjustments may take several weeks.
