HCMS and TMA Membership Directories

As a member you will appear in all four of HCMS/TMA member directories:

• Harris County Physician Directory  - Find HCMS member information, including fax, NPI number, office address, languages spoken, hospital affiliation, and insurance accepted. Click for instructions to update your member profile.  For a quick tutorial on how to navigate the directory click here.
  • New Feature: In response to member requests, physician profiles can now be shared with patients at Point of Care (POC). Individual profiles to referrals can be printed and/or shared  with patients electronically with a click of a button. 
    • To share your profile electronically - Simply search the directory by your name and then click on the link with your name, This will open your profile page. At the top of that page, select Get Profile Link and then paste the link in your preferred secured messaging platform. Note that the link will not automatically open in Outlook. 
    • To print your profile – At the top of your profile page, select the Print button. From here, you can adjust your printer settings. Destination – This option allows you to print or save profiles as a PDF. More Settings – here you can manipulate the margins, print double sided and scale settings based on your preferences.

• TMA's Find A Physician - Allows physicians to use their desktop to search contact and specialty information on 50,000 Texas physicians
